Our client is pioneering a revolutionary cloud based scale out storage and computing platform. They have an innovative approach taking advantage of the latest advances in grid computing; clustered storage; virtualization and video processing technologies enabling a wide range of applications.
The senior support engineer will work with strategic accounts to perform field product installation, configuration, support, troubleshooting and training of our client’s media storage and delivery platform. The engineer will also work closely with the engineering team to identify, troubleshoot and report problems.

Skills and Experience
8-10 years working in a production environment supporting equipment/products delivering live services to users. Installing and configuring Linux systems.. Experience troubleshooting complex issues that require parsing log files and collecting large amounts of data for use by development and other tiers of support.
