We are currently seeking a Sr. Linux Administrator responsible for all installation, operation, configuration, security and maintenance of their internal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of Linux OS supporting the business
• Development and maintenance of configuration procedures
• Maintenance of security policies and procedures
• Development of scripts and other automated solutions to improve operations
• Perform security monitoring
• User account administration activities
• Provide technical support as it pertains to operational incidents and software deployments/upgrades
• Analysis of system vulnerabilities and potential security breaches
• Ongoing systems performance tuning and resource optimization

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience managing Linux environments (Red Hat/CentOS, etc.)
• Expertise managing cloud environments (i.e. Rackspace, OpenStack, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Identity management (Active Directory, FreeIPA, OpenLDAP)
• DNS Management
• Systems security monitoring
• LAMP stack tuning and administration
• Expertise with shell scripting (Python, Perl, etc.)
• Configuration management knowledge (Chef, Ansible, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science)
