Working with a mover and a shaker within the Cloud CRM arena!

Our client is a fast growing cloud- based applications software firm (developers of an industry specific CRM-suite based on Salesforce.com/Force.com platforms) needing senior, experienced pre-sales / sales consulting expertise. Very exciting company to be associated with these days!! Great team, excellent (experienced!) leadership, strong funding, unique / deep industry knowledge within the public sector to leverage their technology.  To date, our client has developed a strong footprint and proven capability within the State, Local and Federal arenas.

Responsibilities

• You will be working closely with the sales/business development team as you help to uncover customers’ needs and requirements.
• Act as the go-to technical resource helping to develop effective presentations, software demonstrations, and winning proposals.
• Providing guidance and expertise on their cloud technologies and solutions.
• Help build and deploy product solutions
• Create and establish strong, meaningful customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with Salesforce.com cloud software or similar CRM applications is a big plus along with prior expertise working with government clients.
• Ideal to have any Saleforce.com Certifications (SFDC Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Force.com Developer, SFDC Technical Architect, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Engineering)
• 4 years’ experience working with CRM solutions (with a strong preference of expertise in Salesforce.com)
• Exceptional communication skills -- both verbal and written.
• Excellent presentation capabilities.
• Strong knowledge and connections within the Public Sector arena (State, Local and Federal) with an understanding of FedRam requirements, etc.
• 4 years’ experience configuring and demonstrating CRM cloud applications (i.e., Salesforce.com, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, etc.)
• Work well in small, dynamic start-up-type environments.
• Passionate about Cloud technologies and helping provide effective and efficient solutions to customers.
